Gwen Weiss-Numeroff is a nutritionist, professional speaker and author. In 2001, she founded Corporate Wellness of Hudson & Bergen, a company that produces wellness programs for corporations in four counties, and Vibrant Living Health & Nutritional Counseling. Prior to her work in the health & wellness industry, Gwen served in a variety of sales and management roles in the advertising and publishing industries for over 16 years.
Gwen made her career change after witnessing too many loved ones succumb to heart disease, cancer, diabetes and depression far too early in life. After counseling for over 10 years, her mother fell fatally ill. It was her sudden death at just 70 that inspired her to launch her quest to find the secrets to vital longevity from those already living the dream, and maybe learn some valuable life lessons along the way.
For two years, Gwen searched the country for the nation’s oldest and most remarkable people. Within that category, she also selected people from all different backgrounds, each one unique in their own way but all having one thing in common, their ability to greatly inspire others to live life with health, fulfillment and joy.
Her newly released book, “Extraordinary Centenarians in America: Their Secrets to Living a Long Vibrant Life” is a product of her passion for vibrant, healthy living and her desire to inspire and empower others to live the same.
Gwen currently lectures nationwide to employees, parents, students and seniors about living life with health, energy, passion and purpose.
She, and her husband, Bruce, have been married for 20 years and have two daughters, Alexandra and Jaclyn.
